Mutiny Brass Band is a 10-piece powerhouse project from Denver, Colorado, that shatters the brass band mold. Built by longtime scene pros (members of Funkiphino, Jakarta, Jewel and the Rough), this band is a high-energy, horn-driven show.
With a full horn section, a powerhouse rhythm section, and two dynamic female vocalists, Mutiny flips the script with an unexpected setlist. The band masterfully blends high-energy funk and soul with unique, hard-hitting arrangements of everything from Etta James and Aerosmith to Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave. This is not a traditional jazz band; it's a new, rebellious sound that's built to make a crowd dance.
